🕒 Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days for major cities.
Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We may occasionally offer Free Delivery promotions.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on location.

💸 Shipping Charges

Domestic orders: Flat shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated during promotions (e.g., Free Shipping on Orders Above PKR 9999).
International orders: Charges vary by destination and are shown at checkout before order confirmation

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, shipping charges will not be refunded.
